A typical capacitive touchscreen stylus covered with an EPA Registered Antimicrobial Copper cover.

CLASSIC COPPER

A solid Copper stylus fitted with a capacitive touchscreen tip. This version is made from 99.9% pure copper, C110, and possesses the same antimicrobial properties as the EPA Registered version.

The SCIENCE

Copper and alloys containing greater than 60% copper reduce bacterial burdens on solid surfaces by 99.9% within 2 hours. Copper surfaces have been found to substantially diminish the density of bacteria to levels below those considered a risk to patient for the acquisition of an infection.

LABORATORY TESTING HAS SHOWN THAT WHEN CLEANED REGULARLY ANTIMICROBIAL COPPER TOUCH SURFACES:

-continuously reduces bacterial* contamination, achieving 99.9% reduction within two hours of exposure.

-kills greater than 99.9% of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria* within two hours of exposure.

-delivers continuous and ongoing antibacterial* action, remaining effective in killing greater than 99.9% of bacteria* within two hours. 

-kills greater than 99.9% of bacteria* within two hours, and continues to kill more than 99% of bacteria* even after repeated contamination. 

-helps inhibit the buildup and growth of bacteria* within two hours of exposure between routine cleaning and sanitizing steps.
